Although we have done everything we can to make your stay perfect, there may still be something we have overlooked or perhaps you have special requests. Please let us know, either at the reception or by speaking to any of our staff, and we will be more than happy to assist you. Your feedback also helps us improve for future guests.



Dining experiences & allergies

We take great pride in the food we serve and want all our guests to enjoy memorable dining experiences with us.

If you have allergies or require special arrangements, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance so that our kitchen can properly accommodate your needs.



Dining hours

  • Breakfast: 08:00–10:00
  • Lunch: 13:30–15:00 (winter season). During summer, we offer a lunch menu.
  • Dinner: 18:30

The daily menu is displayed at the reception from 15:00 each day. Our seasonal menu is available on our website.



Reception

The reception is open daily from 08:00–23:00.
Here you can also purchase snacks, souvenirs, soft drinks, beer, wine, and other small treats.

We are also happy to assist you with recommendations for local attractions and activities.



Facilities

Sauna: Two saunas are available for our guests. During the winter season, they are heated daily from 16:00–18:00.

Drying Room: Freely available to all guests on the same floor as the saunas.
Irons and hairdryers may be borrowed from reception.

TV Channels: A selection of Norwegian and international channels is available in your room.

Departure & check-out

We kindly ask that your room be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Please return your key to reception.



Non-smoking & safety

All rooms, cabins, and common areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

If smoking occurs indoors, we must carry out a full cleaning and deodorizing process, which will be charged at NOK 3000.

For fire safety reasons, please do not hang clothes over lamps or panel heaters.



Environment & sustainability

The hotel is environmentally certified with Green Key, meaning we operate according to strict sustainability and environmental standards.

As a guest, you can contribute by:

  • Sorting your waste
  • Turning off lights and equipment when not in use
  • Reusing towels
  • Drinking tap water — it is clean and safe
  • Choosing environmentally friendly transport whenever possible

Lost & found

Forgot something during your stay? We keep lost property for one month after your departure date.

If you wish to have items returned, the recipient covers the shipping cost.
After one month, unclaimed items are donated to charity.
